We are looking for an excellent individual who can work on the role of the Program Co-ordinator. This position is quite a challenging role and the candidate to effectively manage all the programs, program schedules, class schedules and duration as well as student access. The Program Coordinator is responsible in protecting and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the all the data. He will be the primary point of contact between the senior management, students and course instructors.

The Candidate will be responsible for the setup, administration, operations and successful delivery of all the program components. This position is a very challenging, high pressure role and needs to manage multiple tasks on various competing priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
  1. Successfully create the daily and weekly agenda outlining the list of priority tasks.
  2. Offer support and guidance to different students related to their program related issues.
  3. Periodically report to the progress to the senior management related to any issues, roadblocks, or concerns.
  4. Successfully address all the student concerns and resolve them.
  5. Ability to multi-task all the activities that come in various competing priorities.
  6. Respect all the deadlines and ensure that all the relevant tasks are complete.
  7. Ability to work on Weekdays, Weekends, or any holidays in order to meet the organizational objectives.
  8. Possess basic technical knowledge related to troubleshooting software or any applications.
  9. Ability to work Independently with Minimal Supervision.
Work Experience Requirements:
  1. Candidates should posses a minimum of three years in Program Administration, Management or Organization in a similar academic environment.

Education:

The role of the Office Administrator is to provide complete support in all of the Office Administration related activities. The Office Administrator is the front line staff that needs to work closely with all the visitors, staff and the management. This Office Administration role is quite a challenging one which requires speed and accuracy in this position. In this position, the candidate should be able to manage working in a very high pressure environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
  1. Be open-minded and possess a warm personality in meeting and greeting visitors.
  2. Ability to multi-task on various competing priorities.
  3. Protect and maintain all the Student File Records with utmost confidentiality.
  4. Provide the required information to the senior management upon request with a minimal turnaround time.
